Shipping Policy

Gab Titui Cultural Centre is located on the remote community of Thursday Island, Queensland, Australia. All artworks and products are sold and shipped from our Centre and we aim to ensure all customer orders are delivered within the appropriate timeframe.

General Shipping Rates

Rates for Domestic – Australia

Express A$15.00

Standard A$10.00

Rest of World Shipping Rates

Standard A$30.00

For large and heavy artwork and products, please contact the Gab Titui Cultural Centre via phone number 07 40690 888 or email sales.staff@tsra.gov.au to obtain cost of freight and postage.

Parcels sent within Australia are sent with Australia Post via Express Post (approximately 7 business days to arrive). Standard Post will take more than 7 business days (noting our remote location). A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of parcel dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7-10 working days, please contact us and we will gladly follow up the order with Australia Post.

All international items usually take 7-15 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of parcel dispatch.

Please also consider additional delivery time during peak holiday periods.
