Description/Story: This is a 'Madhub' - a rock charm placed on top of a boulder out on the reef at low tide. It is used in island magic to attract octopuses. A chant is sung to encourage octopuses to come out of the hiding place making it easy for people to catch them for kaykay - Alick Tipoti.
